Our wedding venue and private homes are within the New Forest National Park area. It is full with world heritage beaches, award winning spas, 25 mile menus, sparkling vineyards and our famous wild stags and horses. The area is two hours from central London.
We only accept five weddings a year at Gins Farm – you will be one of a few!
Gins Barn, St Leonards, Beaulieu
Gins Farm is a glamorous riverside venue. The barn itself has been lovingly restored and reimagined into a warm, stylish and eclectic space. Hire the Tithe barn for intimate weddings or combine it with the breathtaking grounds for large marquee celebrations and use of the private jetty!
For up to 120 Guests: Hire the grounds of Gins Barn to host a marquee and increase the wow factor. The grounds can keep a marquee that can hold up to 120 guests. With windows in the marquee, your guests came enjoy the stunning views over the nature reserve and Beaulieu river. We have two very professional and reasonable marquee companies that can assist you
For up to 44 Guests: Alternatively, if you are looking for a smaller more intimate event then the Tithe Barn could be the option for you. Seating up to 44 guests max, the barn has a rural bohemian feel, topped by huge oak beams in the ceilings. Bright windowed double doors bring in light from both sides. The North facing door leads out to a secluded courtyard with outdoor seating, the South facing door leads out to the grounds and breathtaking views of of the neighbouring private conservation land. The lightly distressed walls are romantically lit, and one end of the barn houses an oversized glowing wood burner.
Gins Barn has a beautiful home attached that is perfect for the wedding party; four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a big living room and a large family sized kitchen. Ideal for the party to get ready in. This must be hired with the grounds for accommodation.

Rates and Important Information:
- – Hire rates start from £2000 – £4000 a day for the grounds. It is not assumed that the Tithe Barn will be available for use. If you want to use this charges may be applicable and are from £400-£1000 per day.
There are two options to have your Wedding reception at Gins Farm:
- 1. Marquee wedding. You will need to BYO marquee. The maximum size we like to host marquees is for 120 people.
- – You will also need caterers, staff etc. We have a suggested supplier list.
Each wedding is unique but to give you a guide price, a wedding for up to 120 guests is approx £8500 for 4 nights rental of the venue.
2. Tithe barn wedding. The Tithe Barn is perfect for small sit-down ‘do’s. It seats 24 comfortably and 44 at an absolute max’.
A wedding in the Tithe Barn for 44 guests is approx £5500.
- Visits to Gins Farm must be by appointment.
